Starkville, or “Stark Vegas” as the locals affectionately call it, is home to Mississippi State University and, of course, home to Davis Wade Stadium, Humphrey Coliseum, and Dudy Noble Field. Don’t miss the Cotton District and the surrounding downtown area for nightlife, hotels, and other attractions.
Oxford, home to the University of Mississippi and the Ole Miss Rebels is a must-visit for sports fans visiting Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Swayze Field, or The Pavilion. Known for its unique Southern charm and culture, Oxford is famous for its the historic Square, full of top-notch restaurants, unique boutiques, and lively bars.
