Sky Lake Wildlife Management Area

Sky Lake Wildlife Management Area, located near Belzoni, MS, covers 3,500 acres and is home to some of the oldest bald cypress trees in existence, some over 1,000 years old. Managed by Wildlife Mississippi, it offers a 1,735-foot boardwalk for easy exploration of this unique environment. Recently, new paddling trails have been established, allowing canoe and kayak visitors to discover the area’s remarkable natural beauty.
