Off Beat Records

Off Beat Records is an independent record, comic book, and alternative culture store located in Jackson. Founded and operated by Phillip Rollins, also known as DJ Young Venom, the shop opened its downtown location in 2014 after several years in the Midtown district, becoming Mississippi’s only Black-owned record and comic store.
