Crafted in the USA and built to B.B. King’s specifications, the Gibson Lucille Signature model was produced from 1980 to 2017 as a tribute to the blues legend’s unmistakable tone. Based on Gibson’s classic ES-355, it was modified at King’s request to eliminate the model’s f-holes and reduce feedback. The guitar also includes a six-position Varitone switch for versatile tone shaping and a TP-6 tailpiece for precise tuning control and rock-solid tuning stability.
