One of Coastal Mississippi’s favorite Italian restaurants, Salute, is showing its commitment to healthy dining through a range of heart-healthy menu items developed in coordination with Gulfport’s Memorial Hospital. Specially designated dishes feature lean proteins, vegetables, plant-based fats and whole grains, with gluten-free options available. The restaurant recently added a meal prep service, providing healthy meal packages for pickup and delivery.
